Anti-Spam Policy

SoluBrands is committed to ensuring that our communication practices fully comply with global anti-spam regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act (USA), UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), CASL (Canada), and similar legislation in other regions we serve.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited commercial email (“spam”) and protect our brand, users, and partners by strictly regulating email communication originating from or associated with SoluBrands.

✅ What We Allow

We only send marketing or promotional emails to individuals who have:

  • Explicitly opted in to receive communications from us.
  • Purchased a product or subscribed to one of our services with implied consent under applicable laws.
  • Requested information or updates regarding our offers, wellness advice, or affiliate opportunities.

All of our emails:

  • Clearly state who they are from (SoluBrands).
  • Provide accurate subject lines and headers.
  • Contain an easy and visible way to unsubscribe from future emails.

🚫 What We Prohibit

  • Sending unsolicited emails or promotions to individuals who have not given permission.
  • Using purchased, harvested, or rented email lists for campaigns involving SoluBrands content or products.
  • Forging headers or sender information to mislead recipients.
  • Any 3rd party affiliate or partner misrepresenting SoluBrands via email.

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Termination of affiliate access or user account.
  • Reporting to applicable authorities, including ISPs and regulatory agencies.
  • Legal action to protect our users and brand.

All SoluBrands affiliates and marketing partners are strictly required to follow this Anti-Spam Policy. Violators will be removed from our program and may be banned from promoting our offers.
